After a long 3 months of everyone staying home. We are so excited to be open again! We want to make this new transition as smooth as possible. Here are a few things you need to know before your next appointment!
It may take a little longer to get into our books. We are adhering to the state guidelines in which we need to limit the amount of people in our salon at one time. With that said, all appointments booked MUST have a valid card number on file for easy touch free checkouts. We will not be booking recurring appointments at this time. We will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy.
Face masks must be worn at all times by both our team and our guests.
As much a we love a girls night out, only those with an appointment booked will be able to enter the salon. For our brides, this is not our norm but please feel free to FaceTime away!
Our waiting area and beverage service will not be in use at this time. We ask that you wait in your car or on the bench out front until our stations have been thoroughly sanitized and disinfected. Once we are ready for your appointment we will message you to come in.
Our team will be taking daily temperature checks prior to their shifts. We will also be checking each guests temperature prior to entering the salon. If your temperature exceeds 99.5 degrees you will be asked to leave and your services will not be rendered at that time. If you have recently traveled, may have come in contact with someone who was Covid-19 positive, are experiencing a fever, dry cough or loss of taste and smell, we ask that you please contact us right away to cancel/reschedule your appointment/s. We require 14 days from when you first experienced these symptoms to reschedule your appointment/s. PLEASE DO NOT "NO SHOW" YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICES BOOKED.
We ask that you do not touch any products on our retail wall. If you need any product while you are in, please ask one of our team members to get it so that your purchases are properly sanitized and packaged for you! If you would like to purchase products and you don't have an appointment, just give us a heads up so we can have everything ready to go when you get here!
We are not accepting cash at this time. Please be sure that your card on file is updated for easy touch free checkouts. If you would like to leave a gratuity, we will have each team members VENMO QR CODES out for you to scan.

As a courtesy to our technicians we request a 24-hour notice when cancelling an appointment. Time is a very precious commodity and a late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service so that we don't run late for our next guest. Late cancellations and no shows will be charged 100% of the services booked. **If you should be feeling sick, have a fever, are exposed to anyone with COVID-19, have traveled within the past 14 days, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
